Read the privacy policyYour phone is the storage. Your tickets, history, and stats are stored on your device. There's no account to create, and nothing to log in to.
Emails pass straight through. When you forward a confirmation, we pull out the ticket details and hand them to your phone. The email itself is never stored, and the details are deleted once your device has them.
Backups stay in your hand too. You can export a backup file whenever you like.

Both are great for logging the movies you've seen and working out what your AMC A-List or Regal Unlimited membership saves you. Cinnamy is built for the night itself: finding a showtime, having your ticket and seat ready at the door, Live Activities through the trailers and the film, and a heads-up about post-credits scenes. You still get your history and stats. They just aren't the whole show.
You can add a ticket from any theater, either by hand or from an Apple Wallet pass. Forwarded confirmation emails are read automatically for AMC today, with more chains on the way.
Yes. Import a CSV file from a spreadsheet or another tracker, restore a Cinnamy backup, forward old confirmation emails, or add showings by hand. Your stats fill in as your history does.
Verify the email address you'll forward from, then send confirmations to ticketing@cinnamy.app, or set up an auto-forward rule once. The reservation shows up in the app with its theater, showtime, and seat. Cinnamy never needs access to your inbox, and the email itself is never stored.
No. Everything works from your iPhone. The watch app is there for when you'd rather not light up the whole row checking how much time is left.
No, and it unfortuately won't be any time soon. As a small team — of one, right now — we want to ensure you get the best experience possible, and that means building around an ecosystem we are most familiar with, and use daily.
Cinnamy is, and will forever be, free.
No. Your tickets, history, and stats live on your phone. Cinnamy only briefly holds tickets you forward by email, and collects anonymous usage and crash data to improve the app. That data is never tied to you or sold.
